Stop acting like everything is okay if it isn't. Stop laughing if the joke isn't funny. Stop being around people who make you feel uncomfortable. Stop trying to fix it when it is already broken. Accept what is. Change what you can and let go of what you cannot. You can pretend all you want, but the one person you want to lie to is the only one that knows the truth.
