"Thoughts will come and go through your mind like the waves of an ocean. Sometimes they are small and harmless and other times they can cause catastrophes. We must remember that unlike ocean waves these thoughts are nonexistent. Without action, they have no meaning. Do not beat yourself up if your thoughts are sometimes dark. During times of turmoil and reflection, these dark thoughts may become even more frequent. The determining factor comes when you decide to act upon them."
